LivoStudio provides Packing List: Travel Checklist. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the app or contact us.
1. Information Stored by the App
The app stores the information you enter locally on your device, including:
- Trip names and optional departure dates.
- Packing item names, quantities, and categories.
- Packed and unpacked item status.
- Saved lists and app preferences.
This information is used to organize your packing lists, calculate packing progress, and restore your saved trips. It is not transmitted to developer servers.
The app does not require an account or personal contact details to use its packing features.
2. Advertising and Analytics
The app does not include advertisements, analytics services, or third-party tracking SDKs.
We do not collect advertising identifiers, track your activity across other apps, or sell or rent your information.
3. Sharing Packing Lists
If you choose to share a packing list, the app passes the selected list information to the application or recipient you select through your device’s sharing options.
Shared information may include trip names, categories, item names, quantities, and packed status. Sharing happens only when you initiate it.
The receiving application or service handles this information according to its own privacy practices.
4. Permissions
The packing features do not require access to your contacts, location, camera, microphone, or personal calendar.
Sharing lists uses your device’s standard sharing functionality.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
Your packing lists and preferences remain on your device until you delete them or clear the app’s storage.
You can delete individual trips and items using the app’s deletion controls. You can remove all saved information through the app’s clear-data option or by clearing the app’s storage in Android Settings.
Uninstalling the app generally removes its local data. We cannot access, recover, or delete your packing lists remotely because we do not receive them.
6. Device Backups
Depending on your device settings and the app’s backup configuration, app data may be included in backups managed by Android or your device provider.
We do not operate or have access to these backups. Their retention, restoration, and deletion are governed by your backup provider and device settings.
7. Support Communications
When you contact us by email or phone, we receive the information you voluntarily provide, such as your contact details, message, and attachments.
We use this information to respond to your inquiry and resolve support issues. Email and telecommunications providers may process these communications to deliver their services.
We retain support communications only as needed to handle your request and meet applicable obligations. You may contact us to request deletion of those communications.
8. Security
The app relies on Android’s app storage protections and your device’s security settings to protect locally stored information.
We encourage you to secure your device and keep its software updated. No method of electronic storage or communication guarantees absolute security.
9. Children’s Privacy
The app does not require users to submit personal information to LivoStudio. Packing information entered into the app remains locally on the device.
If you believe a child has sent personal information to us through a support communication, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app or its information-handling practices change. Updates will appear in the policy with a revised effective date.
